Registration is required for this class. Space will be limited to 15 students. If you need to make up a class or would like to "drop-in" please call ahead to make sure there is room.
The class begins on the first Wednesday of every month. If you have a mat you'd like to use, feel free to bring it. Don't have one? Don't worry, we have plenty. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.

Monday 5:45pm-Vinyasa Yoga (continuing beginner) with Nicole Sopko
Wednesday 12:00 pm-Lunchtime Yoga (continuing beginner) with Kathleen Furey
Thursdays 4:15 and 7:30 pm-Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels)with Alison Welch
Saturday 12:30 pm-Vinyasa Yoga (continuing beginner) with Amy Dean
These classes do not require registration. You may begin at any time.
