This book group will be dedicated to reading and discussing subjects that are related (but not limited) to yoga, spirituality and personal growth. We will meet every two months. Anyone is welcome. You do not need to make a long-term commitment to the group or practice yoga.

"I've mostly practiced at home with videos and DVDs. I was a little hesitant to do yoga in a smaller group.  I came to Vinyasa Flow and I quickly realised that I needn't have been nervous.   Even though I was in a class with others, I felt that I had my own space around me that was protected and respected.
