How to choose a class

Do you need help finding the class that is right for you? Read below to see some suggestions based on how you describe yourself. All classes are 90 minutes other than where noted.

I am an absolute beginner and have never set a foot on a yoga mat.
I am a beginner but I consider myself a quick learner and relatively healthy/fit.
I would like a vigorous yoga class working on the same sequence each time I come to class.
I would like a flowing class with some variety in its poses and sequencing.
I would like a more gentle class.
I am pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
I need a free class.
I would like to start with a private lesson.

Intro to Yoga Series  (Level 1)on Wednesdays 7:30 pm (60 min)

Vinyasa (Level 1-2) Saturdays 12:30 pm and Sundays at 12:30pm

Lunchtime Yoga  (Level 1-2)Wednesdays 12:00 pm (75 min)

Gentle Vinyasa (Level 1) Mondays at 12:30pm and Thursdays at 1pm

 

I am a beginner  or have a small amount of yoga experience, but I consider myself a quick learner and relatively healthy/fit.

Anusara Inspired (Level 1-2)  Mondays 4:00pm

Vinyasa Foundations (Level 1-2) Sundays 12:30 pm

Ashtanga

 

Wednesdays  9:30 am (Level 2)

Thursdays 5:45 pm (Level 2-3)

Tuesdays 6-7am (Level 1-2)

Thursdays 1-2:30pm (Level 1)

Mondays 9:30 am, 7:30 pm

Tuesdays 9-10:45am (2-3) 5:45 pm (2)

Wednesdays 5:45 pm

Thursdays 9:30 am, and 7:30 pm

Sundays 10:30 am

Prenatal Yoga on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm (75 min)

Yoga for Fertility (Monthly on Saturdays at 2:30)

Postnatal Yoga  on Tuesday 11:30-12:45

 

I would like a gentler class.
  Lunchtime Yoga (1-2) Wednesdays 12:00 (75 min)

Vinyasa (1-2) Saturdays 12:30 and Mondays 5:45 pm

Vinyasa Foundations (1-2) Sundays at 12:30 pm

Candlelight Yoga (Click for schedule)

 

I need a free class.

Community Yoga, Sundays 4:30-5:30 pm

Community Meditation, Sundays 5:45-6:15 pm

 

I would like to start with a private lesson.
