Level refers to the intensity of a given class. It is a guideline and not an exact science. Students are welcome to try classes of different levels to see which fits their needs on any given day. In general the higher the level the stronger the intensity of the class. We try to accomodate students and meet them where they are. Please inform your instructor of any special needs, concerns, or injuries at the beginning of a class. If you are not sure about where you should begin, please contact us and we'd be happy to guide you.
Practice Guidelines: We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes before the start of class. For your comfort, refrain from eating for at least 1 hour before practice. For the consideration of other students, refrain from wearing strong perfumes.
